Are you ready to get started sending your clients newsletters regularly, but aren’t sure exactly how to do it? I’ve had many therapists tell me they want to get started, but aren’t sure how to create a massage therapy newsletter. I’ve put together a video training specifically to show you just how easy it is. During this training I’ll walk you step by step through the process of sending a newsletter to your clients through iContact, the service I use and highly recommend.
When you’re ready to get starting sending newsletters to your clients, sign up for your 15 day trial below. There is no obligation to keep the service after the 15 days. However, I believe once you get started using this service you will realize, just like I did how valuable sending your clients newsletters really is. Each and every time I send a newsletter to my list, I receive a minimum of 5 emails looking to schedule an appointment.
Sending newsletters is an invaluable tool in keeping your schedule full. I would not be where I am in business without keeping in regular contact with my clients. What are you waiting for?
P.S. I’d love to hear your ideas on newsletter topics. And don’t forget to forward this free training to all of your fellow massage therapists so they can get started creating a massage therapy newsletter for their clients too!
All my best,
Ann Ross

Hello Ann,
I really like your website here as it’s full of good tips and information on how to be successful in the massage biz.
My problem is HOW to attract clients or at least how get MY FIRST CLIENT!…I don’t think I’ve seen this topic posted anywhere here and I’m really frustrated in this.
I realize I am only a student of massage for now earning my associates degree but I have tried to start my outcall practice for a few months now and I have received NOT ONE legitimate client.
I’ve done free chair massages at our local mall in hopes of promoting my business, I’ve done the Facebook thing, tried to network with others, talked with friends and family, passed out business cards, fliers, etc. but still nothing.
I’m not sure what other marketing skills I should have but there must be something I’m either doing wrong or something that I should be doing.
I KNOW if I can just get one client, that would give me a jumpstart as they would be referring their friends and family to me.
Any help with ideas or tips would be much appreciated!
Thank you,
Laurie

Hi Laurie,
Thank you so much for reaching out to me. Oh, I so understand exactly how it feels to be putting in so much work marketing and seeing nothing in return. It’s very frustrating, to say the least. Have you signed up for my free training? Make sure you do that as it has a ton of great tips. Have you tried joint venturing with other businesses? Contacting other health care professionals in your area and offering discounts to their clients is a GREAT way to gain clients. Because the other health care professional is already established and their clients trust them, they will most likely feel more trust with you and be willing to schedule. Remember that massage therapy is an intimate decision that many people make, and therefore they want to make sure they feel comfortable with a therapist before committing. Joint ventures with other businesses is my #1 tool in creating a successful business. It’s free marketing and a very easy way to get people on your table. I know it can be scary at first, contacting other business owners, but you really have nothing to lose. Try creating some postcards that they can hand out to their clients, or have at their front desk. I have done a lot of joint ventures through the years with naturopaths and chiropractors with much success. I’ll make sure to go into more detail about how to attract clients in a near future training. Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Ann

Hello Ann,
Just a couple of question for you.
1. I have my website through Vista Print, Online search Profile, Search engine optimization, so on. Paying $38.99/month
Should I stay with Vista Print or move to another company.
2. Can you please give me your insight on my website.

Thank you

Hi Alfredo!
I’m very impressed with how well your website is done. Very detailed with just the right amount of information and a great photo of you! Nicely done! My question for you is, are you happy with the service Vista Print is providing for you? Are you found locally in the search engines through them? Are people finding you when they search for a massage therapist in your city? If so, I would say stay with Vista Print. You’ve done such a great job with your website and if they are providing you with a great service that is attracting clients then why change? I imagine you feel that it’s worth spending the money every month on a service that attracts clients. However, if they are not providing you with a service that is generating clients through the web you might want to consider going with a company like SiteBuildit or OMMSolutions. If you have any further questions regarding your website, CMS or hosting please don’t hesitate to ask.
Cheers,
Ann
